Derek McIntosh

Derek McIntosh serves as the Chief Customer Officer at FEV Tutor since August 2023, also holding roles as VP of Customer Experience and Strategic Partnerships and General Manager of Channel Partnerships at the same organization. Additionally, Derek is an Operating Executive at Alpine Investors. Previously, Derek worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group in 2022, focusing on organizational transformation. Between April 2017 and July 2021, Derek was involved in external manufacturing site management and R&D at Johnson & Johnson, overseeing end-to-end supply chain management and product development. Prior experience includes roles at Procter & Gamble in process engineering management and at DuPont in manufacturing engineering and regulatory affairs. Derek began as an Organic Chemistry Tutor at Rutgers University. Educational qualifications include an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers University.
