T. Ellaine Jackson has a diverse work experience. T. Ellaine started their career in 2016 as an Institutional Diversity Intern at the UMass Amherst Center for Multicultural Advancement and Student Success, where they contributed to university retention efforts and facilitated presentations to increase student awareness.

T. Ellaine then worked as an Undergraduate Program Coordinator at Student Bridges from 2014 to 2017, where they supervised staff, managed agency budgets, and collaborated with various campus offices to secure funding.

In 2017, T. Ellaine Jackson took on the role of Graduate Program Coordinator at Umass School of Public Policy, where they worked on recruitment, retention, and community outreach initiatives.

T. Ellaine also served as a Graduate Assistant at Student Activities and Involvement, Umass Amherst from 2017 to 2018, advising academic organizations and assisting with program development.

From 2018 to 2021, T. Ellaine Jackson worked at 2U as an Admissions Counselor, collaborating with university clients and implementing strategies to improve enrollment processes.

In 2021, they joined Noodle as a Hiring Support Specialist, providing support to candidates in the hiring process and collaborating with various teams to develop materials and host events.

Most recently, T. Ellaine Jackson joined FEV Tutor in 2022 as an Academic Success Associate, covering the Mid-Atlantic region.

T. Ellaine Jackson is a student with a strong educational background. From 2013 to 2017, they attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy. After their undergraduate studies, they continued their education at the same university and from 2017 to 2018 pursued a Master's degree in Public Policy and Administration. Additionally, in January 2021, they obtained certification as a Project Management Essentials Certified from the Management & Strategy Institute.
