Adrian Patachia

Adrian Patachia has a diverse work experience in the field of cyber security. Adrian started their career at Ampec Data Service as an IT Engineer, where they were responsible for configuring, testing, and troubleshooting routers and switches, as well as installing and testing fiber optic cables. Adrian then transitioned to the role of Cyber Security Engineer at the same company, where they performed SOC operations on Fortinet products and served as a single point of contact with the mobile operator's operational entity. Adrian then joined Infosys as a Cyber Security Specialist, where they reviewed and responded to security events, tracked security breaches, and coordinated incident responses. Currently, Adrian is working at FEV Europe GmbH as a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, leading the Blue Team. In this role, they coordinate the escalation, response, resolution, and reporting of cyber security incidents, and designs and implements security solutions and best practices.

Adrian Patachia obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the University of Bucharest from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in Mathematics - Informatics at Eugen Lovinescu High School from 2003 to 2007. Adrian also holds additional certifications in various fields, such as Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert, ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate, CompTIA Security+ ce Certification, Applied Cybersecurity Essentials from Purdue University, and NSE 4 - Network Security Professional from Fortinet.
