Marc Chiarello, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and staffing. Marc is currently working as the Human Resources Director at FGO Logistics since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Recruiting at C&G Consulting Services, Inc from September 2019 to November 2020. Marc also served as the Director of Client Services at Spectrum Staffing Services from September 2018 to August 2019. Marc has held various management roles in different companies such as NE Territory VP at MVP Staffing from May 2015 to August 2018, Northeast Client Operations Director at Impellam Group in 2014, Branch Manager and Area Manager at Robert Half and Benchmark Staffing - RHI from 2006 to 2010, and Branch Manager/Division Director at Robert Half International, Inc. from 2006 to 2010. Marc Chiarello brings a wealth of experience in HR consulting, recruitment, and staffing to their current role as the Human Resources Director.

Marc Chiarello, PHR, SHRM-CP, CSP, obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Human Resources Development from Montclair State University from 1992 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Bergen Community College from 1988 to 1991.

In addition to their formal education, Marc has obtained several certifications. In August 1999, they attained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification International Network. In May 2001, Marc earned the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, University of Washington Chapter.

Marc's pursuit of professional development did not stop there. In June 2013, they obtained the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association. Lastly, in March 2016, Marc successfully completed the Certified Safety Professional (CSP) program offered by the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
