Marc Chiarello

Marc joined FGO in July 2021 and brings over 15 years of Human Resource Management experience to his role. He has led HR teams mainly from within the Staffing Industry across the Country for both large and boutique Firms. He brings a wide array of knowledge and skill to his role where he has focused on Employee Retention, Performance & Training, Diversity & Inclusion while managing and mentoring future HR Leadership teams. He has improved processes and initiated internal HRIS systems for better tracking while reducing any potential internal employee risks. He also brings strong recruitment experience and has reduced costs of utilizing third parties for the service of staffing.
