Kristin Hoff Smith

Kristin Hoff Smith is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managing client relationships and leading strategic initiatives across various sectors, including financial services, telecommunications, and education. Currently serving as Managing Director at FGS Global since June 2022, Kristin also acts as a Board Observer for IAMTHECODE FOUNDATION. Previously, Kristin held multiple leadership roles at Finsbury Glover Hering, where responsibilities included client management and strategic planning. With a solid foundation in community relations from a senior role at Citi and government experience as a Special Assistant to the First Deputy Comptroller for the City of New York, Kristin has demonstrated expertise in stakeholder engagement, policy research, and operational oversight. Kristin holds a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a BA in Psychology and Business Administration from Saint Louis University.
