Shari has been in an Account Manager/Leadership role within Freedom since 2005. As Customer Service Manager, she is the connection between the client and the company, analyzing production requirements, and recommending solutions that optimize operational efficiencies while meeting client needs and improving internal systems and procedures. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in University Studies with a focus in business management from the University of Texas, Arlington.
