Paula Pazderka

Director, Impact by Design Collaborative at FHI 360

Paula Pazderka leads and supports several groups across FHI 360 — including visual design; digital development; knowledge management; and gender, social equity and inclusion teams — to collaborate and use their expertise to continue making a positive impact on the world. She works with staff members across FHI 360 to think creatively and share knowledge to increase impact.

Paula brings her expertise in project management, software development, knowledge management, ideation techniques, facilitation, process improvement and data analysis to her role as director of the Impact by Design Collaborative. Her goal is to create an innovative and engaging culture of learning at FHI 360.

In addition to her profession, she has performed and taught comedy for over 20 years. She has a Master of Fine Arts in creative writing from the Art Institute of Chicago, is a certified project management professional, has a master’s certificate in project management from the George Washington School of Business, and has a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt education certificate from North Carolina State University.
