Jonathan Hartley

Jonathan Hartley has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Jonathan started their career in 1997 at Farmer Mac, where they worked as a Financial Management Associate and participated in the securitization of USDA guaranteed loans. Jonathan later joined National Cooperative Bank as a Treasury Analyst. In 2002, they joined FHLBanks Office of Finance as a Term Funding Officer. Jonathan then moved to Nomura Securities International, Inc as a Vice President in Debt Capital Markets. In 2007, they joined Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle as an Institutional Sales & Trading Manager. Jonathan returned to FHLBanks Office of Finance in 2008, where they held various roles including Vice President in Global Investor Relations, Capital Markets Strategist, and Director in Capital Markets Risk. Throughout their career, Jonathan has shown expertise in risk assessment and mitigation, market analysis, and investor relations.

Jonathan Hartley's education history begins in 1993, when they attended Hampden-Sydney College. Jonathan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1997. Later, from 2000 to 2003, Jonathan attended The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
