Arvind Tp is the Founding Team at Fi. Arvind has over 12 years of experience in the analytics field. Arvind started their analytics career at Citibank in 2008 and held various positions over the next 6 years. In 2014, Arvind left Citibank to join PayPal as a Risk Manager. Arvind was with PayPal for 3 years before moving to Google in 2017. Arvind spent 2.5 years at Google as the Global Analytics Lead for GPay. Arvind left Google in 2020 to join Fi.

Arvind Tp has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from TAPMI, Manipal, India in Sales / Marketing. Arvind is certified from the Project Management Institute in Project Management Professional.
