Veera Kumar

Veera Kumar is a seasoned engineering leader with experience in various roles, currently serving as the Director of Engineering for Customer Success Product at Fi since January 2023, where significant achievements include launching a new internal CRM that improved efficiency for customer success agents. Previously, Veera held positions as Staff Engineer and Web Engineering Manager at Fi, contributing to team management, contractor optimization, and cost-saving initiatives. Prior experience includes a Software Development Engineer II role at Amazon, focused on metered billing subscription automation, and a Member Technical Staff position at Zoho Corporation, where contributions significantly enhanced product development speed and performance. Veera holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Alagappa Chettiar College of Engineering & Technology and began a career with a role in design for a college magazine.
