Alicia Austin, AIF®, PPC® has a diverse work experience. Alicia started their career at Atrium Innovations as a Quotations Specialist, responsible for managing dietary supplement formula and custom pack quotations. Alicia then moved on to Wright Automotive Group, where they worked as a Service Advisor, handling automotive problems, preparing repair orders, and maintaining records. Alicia then joined CarSense as a Sales Consultant, where they excelled at understanding customer requirements and demonstrating vehicle features.

Currently, Alicia is working at Fi360, a Broadridge company, where they have held various roles. Alicia started as a Client Engagement Specialist, providing exceptional brand experiences to clients and assisting them with inquiries. Alicia was then promoted to the role of Client Engagement - Team Lead, where they acted as an escalation point for the team and trained new team members. Currently, as a Client Engagement Manager, Alicia is responsible for building, growing, and managing the Fi360 Client Engagement Team, exceeding client expectations, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Alicia Austin, AIF®, PPC®, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Religious Studies at Bethany College from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their bachelor's degree, they have obtained additional certifications including the AIF® designation from Fi360, a Broadridge company, in January 2019, and the PPC® designation from Fi360, a Broadridge company, in February 2019. Alicia also completed the "Building and Leading Effective Teams" certification from Columbia Business School Executive Education in May 2021.
