William Allred

William Allred currently serves as Plant Manager at FIBA Technologies, Inc. since March 2022. Prior to this role, William worked at LLFlex from January 2018 to March 2022, initially as a Process Specialist and later as Production Supervisor/Planner for the Cable Wrap Slitting System. William's experience also includes a position as Senior Production Technician at ConvaTec, where responsibilities involved medical manufacturing of ostomy care products, skin barriers, and surgical dressings from June 2014 to November 2017. Earlier in William's career, Universal Forest Products, Inc. employed him as a Production Supervisor from April 2012 to June 2014. William holds a High School Diploma in General Studies from Forbush High, earned between 2002 and 2006.
