Patrik von Bergen

Patrik von Bergen has a diverse work experience that spans over several companies and roles. Patrik is currently the CMO & OKR Owner at Fibbl, a position they have held since October 2021. Prior to that, they founded and worked at P. von Bergen AB, a professional services company specializing in OKR-related services and interim marketing, sales, and business development services. Patrik started this role in October 2009 and continues to work there.

In 2015, Patrik joined Tobii AB, where they held various positions. Firstly, they served as the Owner DTP from May 2020 to January 2023. Additionally, they held the role of CMO Tobii Tech starting from November 2015 until October 2020. In this role, they focused on implementing agile work methods, martech framework, and growing teams internationally. Their responsibilities included B2B sales enablement, global PR and media strategy, global event initiatives, establishing new segments, and partner marketing efforts.

Patrik also worked as a Go To Market Advisor at ManoMotion from August 2020 to December 2021. At this company, they contributed to enabling real-time 2D/3D hand tracking and gesture control.

Furthermore, they held the role of Go To Market Advisor at Brighter AB (publ) from June 2015 to June 2016. During their time there, they contributed to setting up basic martech framework, coaching services, and executing an Asian sales road trip to jump-start business.

Before that, Patrik worked at Liber AB, a Swedish publishing house, in various roles. Patrik served as the Go To Market Advisor from August 2015 to November 2015, VP Sales and Marketing from April 2010 to August 2015, and Interim VP Sales and Marketing from December 2009 to March 2010. Patrik transformed the business into an agile and efficient content marketing machine with a focus on the buyer's journey and customer experience.

Earlier in their career, Patrik was a Senior Partner at Streamson from January 2002 to October 2009. Patrik also served as the CEO and Chairman of the Board (Interim) at Camako from January 2005 to October 2007. Camako was a leading enterprise project management implementation business in Scandinavia.

In addition, Patrik has experience working in the public sector. Patrik served as a Member of the Workgroup for IT and Telecom of the Swedish Government's IT-political Board at Regeringskansliet, Näringsdepartementet from March 2004 to June 2006.

Lastly, they worked at Axis Communications as the Director of Business Development North America from December 1999 to December 2001.

Patrik von Bergen obtained their Master of Laws (LLM) degree in the field of Law from Stockholm University from 1986 to 1990. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate at Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket (SSHL) from 1982 to 1984. Patrik also earned their High School Diploma from Waynflete School in 1982.
