Shivani Pathak

Shivani Pathak has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shivani is currently working at Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary) as a Senior Growth Manager, focusing on key accounts, strategic alliances, and corporate partnerships. Prior to that, they worked at Bueno Finance as a Senior Manager of Strategic Alliances. Before that, they were a Senior Project Associate at Stanza Living. Shivani also has experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager at Kingsley India, where they successfully utilized leads, generated sales, and formulated marketing activities to promote products and services. Earlier in their career, Shivani served as an Assistant Manager at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail Ltd., where they led teams in launching business operations and delivering quality service to clients. Shivani also worked at Kantar, specifically at IMRB International, where they conducted market research studies and designed effective marketing and consumer strategies for clients.

Shivani Pathak holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from ITM Group of Institutions, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Their focus areas during their MBA studies included business development, management, marketing, and operations. Prior to their MBA, Shivani completed their Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree in Accounting and Finance at Lucknow University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2014.

In addition to their formal education, Shivani Pathak has obtained a certification in "Foundations of Digital Marketing and E-commerce" from Google in October 2022.
