FiberFirst is looking for an ambitious and energetic Community Brand Specialist in Georgetown, TX to drive brand awareness and customer engagement in addition to supporting events & awareness campaigns. Primarily in this business development role, you will be working directly with HOA’s, local Chambers of Commerce, property managers, and other local leaders to drive FiberFirst’s internet connectivity business within the community by helping source and manage local events to boost brand awareness and generate leads. The Brand Specialist will also support social media and other marketing needs.

Compensation:
Range: $45,000-$50,000

Education and / or Experience:
High School diploma required; some college preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing, events, or community-building roles (Telecommunications experience is a plus)

Travel: Will require to spend approximately 70% of time in the field and travel within Central Texas markets (Killeen and Georgetown). No additional out-of-market travel required.
Work Environment: The work environment is fast paced, and the employee may be exposed to varying temperatures and weather conditions. Events could be inside or outside, with extensive time walking and standing to engage with potential customers.
