Marci Lillis has had extensive work experience in the field of intellectual property law. Marci started their career as an Intellectual Property Attorney at Cooley Godward LLP in 1992 and worked there until 2002. From 2002 to 2008, they worked as a Diagnostics Patent Counsel at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, Inc. In 2008, they joined FibroGen, Inc. as a Senior Director of Intellectual Property & Senior Patent Counsel and held this position until 2014. Marci then became an Executive Director of Intellectual Property & Senior Patent Counsel at FibroGen, Inc. until 2018.
