Mamta Prajapati

Mamta Prajapati is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Manager at FICSI - Food SSC since May 2022. Prior to this role, Mamta held the position of Sector Expert Food at the National Consumer Helpline under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs from May 2017 to May 2022. Mamta's earlier experience includes working as the Quality Assurance Regulatory Affairs Manager at Oceanic Foods Ltd from September 2009 to March 2017, where responsibilities encompassed the establishment of quality control systems, documentation management, internal audits, training on GMP and food safety, and overseeing product development in accordance with HACCP standards. Mamta holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Food Science and Technology from Bundelkhand University, Jhansi.
