Didier Millot

Didier Millot associate lawyer in social law, department director, Co-director of the Grand Est region. Didier began his career with Fidal in 1983, in the offices of Nancy then Metz before being promoted to director of the employment law department of the regional management of Besançon then Nancy.

In 2009, he became co-director of the Grand-Est region of Fidal, where, with Benoît Hertfelder, he represented the firm in the region, managed a team of 180 people including 100 lawyers and created the conditions conducive to their development, to the service of client development, while respecting the firm's values.

Didier conducts training and technical meetings internally and for the benefit of clients in the areas of collective bargaining and the delegation of powers. He is also a member of the board of Fidal Formations. Didier has been chairman of Fidal's Supervisory Board since March 2018.
