Rose Ungaro

Rose Ungaro, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as Senior Vice President and Human Resources Director at Fidelity Bank since June 2024. Previously, Ungaro held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Acentra Health/Kepro&CNSI from June 2007 to January 2024, where responsibilities included formulating operational designs and implementing people strategies for a workforce of over 1,500 employees across 45 states. Prior to that, Ungaro worked as Human Resources Manager at HPG International from March 1995 to June 2007, leading HR operations and negotiating collective bargaining agreements for more than 300 unionized employees. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resources from the University of Scranton and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Toronto Scarborough.
