Michelle DeFord is an accomplished professional with over 30 years of experience in human resources and business management. Currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources Director at Owen County State Bank since January 1992, Michelle has held various positions within the organization, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee relations and organizational development. In addition to banking, Michelle is the owner of Trippin with Michelle, a travel planning business founded in 2017, specializing in creating hassle-free vacation experiences. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington and an Associate of Science in Business from Vincennes University, complemented by a high school diploma from Shoals High School.
