Currently serving as the Vice President Human Resources Director at Owen County State Bank since January 1992, Michelle has held various positions within the organization, demonstrating a strong commitment to employee relations and organizational development. In addition to banking, Michelle is the owner of Trippin with Michelle, a travel planning business founded in 2017, specializing in creating hassle-free vacation experiences. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Indiana University Bloomington and an Associate of Science in Business from Vincennes University, complemented by a high school diploma from Shoals High School.
