Karla Rodezno

Karla Rodezno, CHRL has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Karla began their career as a Human Resources Intern at Pratt & Whitney Canada in 2010 and held this position until 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at OMERS, firstly as a Human Resources Associate and then as a Compensation Analyst. Karla then joined Tangerine as a Human Resources Generalist in 2014 and stayed with the company until 2016. Rodezno then worked at Wawanesa Insurance as a Human Resources Business Partner from 2016 to 2021. In 2021, they joined Echelon Insurance as a Human Resources Manager and remained in this role until 2022. Currently, Rodezno holds the position of Human Resources Manager at Fidelity Canada, starting in 2022.

Karla Rodezno, CHRL has a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from Ryerson University, which they obtained between 2007 and 2013. In 2015 and 2016, they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management at Humber College. Additionally, Karla has obtained certifications such as the General Insurance Essentials Certificate from the Insurance Institute of Canada and the Certified Human Resources Leader designation from HRPA (Human Resources Professionals Association). In 2015, they also achieved JHSC Certification Level 1.
