Omar Sulaiman

Omar Sulaiman has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies. Omar worked at Fidelity Canada from 2016 to the present, starting as a Team Manager - Advisor Services and then transitioning to Manager, Operations - Retail Services. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations. In these roles, they conducted coaching sessions, reviewed call performance, monitored call flow queues, and managed different teams. Prior to Fidelity Canada, they worked at TD from 2006 to 2016, where they held various positions including Team Manager and Account Manager. These roles involved leading a team, organizing meetings and huddles, coaching and mentoring individuals, and acting as a liaison for institutional clients. Before that, they worked at Cineplex as an Assistant Manager from 2003 to 2006.

Omar Sulaiman obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from York University, completing their studies between 2004 and 2007.
