Sharon Beers, CHRL has extensive experience in the field of human resources spanning over two decades. Sharon is currently the Human Resources Vice President at Fidelity Canada since January 2024. Prior to this, they held the position of Human Resources Director at Fidelity Canada from November 2019 to January 2024. Before joining Fidelity Canada, Sharon worked at Mackenzie Investments for 17 years, starting as a Senior Human Resources Consultant in June 2002 and eventually becoming the Director, HR Business Partner from July 2017 to November 2019. Sharon'scareer began at Sportsco International in 2000, where they served as a People Advisor until 2002.
Sharon Beers, CHRL, has a BA in Geography & Anthropology from Western University. Sharon also holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Ryerson University.
