Aline Silveira

Aline Mickey is a managerial professional with extensive experience in investment oversight and operational risk analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Investment Oversight at Fidelity Charitable® since July 2022, Aline previously held the role of Operational Risk Analyst at Fidelity Investments from June 2021 to July 2022. Aline's earlier positions include Analyst for Loss Prevention Analytics at both Inspire Brands and Dunkin' Brands, as well as Group Benefits Underwriter at The Hartford, where Aline contributed as an International Subject Matter Expert and focused on economic cycle planning. Aline began the career with internships at the Massachusetts Bankers Association, Hotel Casa Higueras, and Digital Federal Credit Union. Aline holds a Master of Business Administration from UMass Boston and a Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Finance, and Political Science from Bryant University, complemented by a high school diploma from Algonquin Regional High School.
