Jennifer Hay

Jennifer Hay has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Jennifer started their career in 1996 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Texas Instruments. From there, they moved on to Nortel Networks where they worked on GSM/UMTS Post-Final Compile Feature Development for over a decade. In 2008, Jennifer became the Owner of 5J Investments LLC until 2012. Jennifer then joined Fidelity Investments as a Senior Manager in Software QA Engineering and later transitioned to a Senior Manager in Project Management. In 2016, Jennifer joined Fidelity Charitable as the Director of Operations and eventually became the Vice President of Service Excellence & Operations in 2019.
