Katie Topper

Katie Topper is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, organizational development, and wellness coaching. Currently serving as a Sr. Scrum Master at Fidelity Charitable® since March 2021, Katie previously held similar roles at Truist and managed corporate yoga programs at Elite Wellness Charlotte. With extensive experience at BB&T and Wachovia Bank, Katie has effectively delivered web applications, implemented change management initiatives, and facilitated projects during the Wachovia/Wells Fargo merger. Katie holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Sociology from Bowdoin College, along with additional coursework in Organization Development & Coaching from Queens University of Charlotte.
