Marta Nardin

Marta Nardin has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Talent Management Lead and previously holding various roles at Fidelity International since September 2013, including Talent Partner and Associate Director of Talent Development and Learning. Prior to this, Marta worked at the European Central Bank from May 2011 to July 2013, where responsibilities included HR analysis and policy development. Early career experiences as a Student Consultant at Unilever and Snijders Scientific involved marketing, key account management, and strategic management projects. Marta holds a Master of Science in International Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Università Bocconi, along with additional educational experiences at Université catholique de Louvain and the Norwegian School of Economics.
