Giselle Baker

Giselle Baker has extensive experience in the field of data and analytics. Giselle'smost recent role was as the Head of Data & Analytics at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, starting in June 2023. Prior to this, they served as a Senior Director of Data & Analytics at FTI Consulting from March 2019 to December 2022. Giselle also held positions at Citi as SVP of Data analytics and Global MI, Internal Audit from April 2013 to October 2018, and at Data Insight Services, KPMG Advisory as a Data Analytics Manager from April 2008 to April 2013. Giselle started their career as a Network Performance Analyst at Vodafone New Zealand in January 1996 and has since worked in various roles including Senior Analyst at Simpson Carpenter Ltd, Statistician/Associate Director at BMRB, and Business Consultant at ADC Metrica.

Giselle Baker holds a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Engineering Science from The University of Auckland. Giselle also completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Applied Statistics from Birkbeck, University of London. Additionally, Giselle has obtained certifications in Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), Machine Learning from Coursera, and Scrum: The Basics from LinkedIn.
