Maria Roque

Maria Roque has worked at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited since February 2014, starting as a Claims Payment Administrator before moving up to Senior Credit Controller. Maria also holds the title of Money-In Money Out/Retention Administrator/Customer & Adviser Payments Specialist, where Maria ensures quality service for all customers. Prior to this, Maria worked at Smart Communications, Inc. from July 2001 to February 2013 as a Customer Service Representative, providing top-notch service to postpaid and prepaid customers. Maria graduated from the College of the Holy Spirit in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in International/Global Studies.
