Salesh Narayan, CA, has had a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Salesh started their career in 2008 as an Assistant Store Manager at Super Retail Group, where they were responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing a team of 12 members, and maintaining the store's operating standards. In 2012, they joined Sovereign as a Claims Specialist before being promoted to Case Manager and then Financial Case Manager. In these roles, their responsibilities included managing claims, conducting financial calculations, and coordinating rehabilitation strategies. Since 2016, Salesh has been working at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, where they initially served as a Financial Consultant - Claims and is currently serving as the Head of Operations Finance. Salesh has been responsible for handling complex financial calculations, facilitating meetings, training team members, and leading a team of claim payments administrators and reinsurance specialists.

Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from Auckland University of Technology from 2010 to 2015.
