Shming Chew

Shming Chew has a vast work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Currently, Shming Chew is the Enterprise Change Management Practise Lead at AIA NZ. Before joining AIA NZ, Shming Chew held senior positions in various companies such as Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, The Hong Kong Jockey Club, Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, S&P Global Ratings, PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong, KPMG, Esquel Group, and B.S.C. Group Limited. Throughout their career, Shming Chew has demonstrated expertise in change management, strategic communications, marketing, and employee engagement. They have successfully led change initiatives, managed communications efforts, developed marketing strategies, and implemented integrated marketing communications plans. Shming Chew has a track record of driving business growth, engaging employees, and ensuring effective project execution.

Shming Chew completed a Master's of Commerce (Hon) in Marketing & Management at the University of Auckland from 2002 to 2003. Prior to that, from 1999 to 2001, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing, Management, and Employment Relations, also from the University of Auckland.
