Emma Wellingham

Emma Wellingham has a strong background in consulting and people experience. Emma started their career at Deloitte in 2009 as a Consultant, where they worked until 2011. Emma then joined ReConsulting as a Consultant from 2012 to 2016. Emma later worked at Em Sophia Consulting Ltd as a Consultant from 2016 to 2021. In 2017, Emma joined IAG as a People Experience Lead, first focusing on Operational Partnering until 2020, and then on Operational Uplift until 2021. Currently, they are the Head of Strategic Change Management at Fidelity Life Assurance Company Limited, starting in August 2021.

Emma Wellingham completed their education at the University of Otago, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in International Business and a minor in Marketing, as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology and Communications. Emma also participated in a study program at Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III) in 2007, focusing on Communications and International Business. In 2003, they attended Komvux Language School in Trelleborg, completing Svenska för invandrare (SFI). Emma obtained the Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner certification from Insights in 2013.
