Kenneth Spencer has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Most recently, they served as a Presenter for The Discovery Project at the University of Southern California since July 2023. Kenneth also worked as a Mentor in the Athletics Department at USC since March 2021. Additionally, Kenneth lectured as a Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law starting from May 2023. Kenneth also worked as a Litigation Attorney at Baker Keener & Nahra, LLP for over 18 years from September 2001 to December 2019. In this role, they handled various civil litigation cases, including insurance defense, personal injury, business disputes, and employment matters. Earlier in their career, Kenneth was a Partner at Nagelberg, Bernard & Spencer from March 1995 to August 2001, focusing on civil litigation for plaintiffs, including personal injury, wrongful termination, and criminal defense cases.

Kenneth Spencer attended Rutgers Law School from 1982 to 1985, where they obtained a Doctor of Law degree (J.D.). Kenneth does not have any listed field of study for this degree. In 1993, Kenneth also obtained a certification as a Certified Massage Therapist (Ms.T.) from the County of Los Angeles.
