Phil McGargill

Phil McGargill has extensive experience in the legal and commercial sectors, currently serving as Southern Ohio Commercial Manager, Ohio and Kentucky National Commercial Manager, and Deputy Director - East at Fidelity National Financial since September 2008. Prior to this role, Phil McGargill worked at Fidelity National Law Group as Midwest Litigation Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Chicago in-house litigation office from September 2008 to April 2022. Phil McGargill holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Iowa College of Law (1999-2002) and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1993-1997).
