Philip Hayes has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Philip started their career as a Law Clerk at FSB FisherBroyles in 2011 and later worked as a Law Clerk at Fidelity National Title for a few months. In 2012, they joined Fidelity National Financial as an Assistant Vice President, Claims Counsel. Philip then moved to Deutsche Bank in 2014, where they served as an Assistant Vice President- Global Prime Finance for five years. In 2019, Philip joined DWS Group as an Assistant Vice President/Counsel, before transitioning to their current role as Vice President, Corporate Counsel at Fidelity National Financial.
Philip Hayes completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Sport Management at the University of Florida from 2005 to 2009. Philip then pursued a Juris Doctor degree at the Florida Coastal School of Law, graduating in 2012. In 2010, Philip also attended Southwestern Law School for a brief period to study International Entertainment and Business Law.
