Joel Voss

Joel Voss is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in military and instructional roles. Currently serving as an H-60 Pilot Simulator Instructor at Fidelity Technologies Corporation since September 2013, Joel Voss has been responsible for executing simulator and classroom training for MH-60S Fleet Replacement Pilots while maintaining up-to-date curricula. Additionally, as a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve since April 2011, Joel has held various leadership positions, including Commanding Officer of Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron Eight Five, where management encompassed over 400 personnel and a substantial operational budget. Joel Voss also holds an MBA from San Diego State University and a BS in Marine Transportation from Massachusetts Maritime Academy, further complemented by military education from the USAF Air Command and Staff College.
