Amin Assareh

Amin Assareh is a highly experienced data science professional currently serving as Vice President and Principal Data Scientist at Fidelity Investments since January 2017, where roles also include directing the AI Center of Excellence. Concurrently, Amin holds a position as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University, teaching graduate-level courses in Data Mining and Machine Learning. Previous experience includes senior roles in data science at Collaborative Consulting and Liberty Mutual Insurance, where significant contributions were made to predictive analytics projects to enhance business outcomes. Amin's technical expertise was further developed as a Machine Learning Engineer at Case Western Reserve University, applying advanced techniques to genome-wide association studies. Amin earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Kent State University, supported by a full scholarship, and possesses degrees in Biomedical Engineering from AmirKabir University of Technology.
