Hindi Durant CSM® has over 25 years of experience in systems analysis, project management, and business analysis within the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Requirements & Configuration Consultant at Fidelity Investments since June 2006, Hindi has played a key role in supporting health care billing for numerous clients and has led significant asset management initiatives utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies. Previous roles include business analyst positions at MassHousing, where Hindi managed high-profile projects to enhance affordable housing processes, and Akamai Technologies, where collaboration with IT teams improved sales reporting infrastructure. An academic background includes a B.S. in Management Information Systems from The Wharton School and an MSIS from Boston University.
