Jen Cardello is a seasoned professional in the field of user experience research and design, currently serving as Senior Vice President of UX Research & Insights at Fidelity Investments. Previous roles include Vice President of User Experience Research & Insights at Fidelity Investments, Executive Director of Design Research and Head of Design Platforms & Ops at athenahealth, and Director of UX Research at both athenahealth and Nielsen Norman Group. Jen Cardello has also held positions as Principal at Site Diagnosis, LLC and Director of WebExcellence at Keynote. Educated at Massachusetts College of Art and Design with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architectural Design and the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Jen's expertise spans multiple facets of user experience design and research.
