Max Hoffmann

Max Hoffmann's work experience begins in 2011 as a Student Trainee at taskforce - Management on Demand AG. In 2012, they worked as an Intern at UBS. From 2018 to 2018, they served as a Research Assistant at Deloitte Legal. Max then joined Schalast as a Trainee Lawyer from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, they briefly worked as a Trainee Lawyer at Jones Day before transitioning to the role of Associate Lawyer from 2021 to 2022. During this time, they specialized in advising clients in Financial Markets, focusing on regulatory matters concerning banks and asset managers. Max also held leadership positions as the Managing Associate of the global ESG Working Group and Fintech Working Group. Additionally, they were seconded to a leading Asset Manager for three months.
