Filippo Negri began their work experience in 1997 as a Practice Lawyer at Lombardi e Associati. In 1999, they transitioned to Banco Popolare as an Industrial Relation Assistant. In 2002, they joined Fiditalia as the Head of the HR Management Unit and later became the HR Director, responsible for managing the HR department. Filippo joined Societe Generale in 2013 as an HR Coordinator for Italy. Currently, they serve as the Operational Risk Director and Deputy Risk Head at Fiditalia, where their main role is to implement a strategic plan to prevent and mitigate operational risks.
Filippo Negri pursued their education starting from 1987 to 1992 at Liceo Classico G. Parini, where they obtained a high school diploma in Liceo Classico. Filippo then enrolled at Università degli Studi di Milano from 1992 to 1997, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Law. Later, from 1999 to 2000, Filippo pursued a Master's Degree - Master Europeo in Scienze del Lavoro at the same university, focusing on HR management and industrial relations.
