Anne Nolen

As Chief People Officer, Anne is responsible for the oversight and direction of the Human Resources function for the company. This role includes planning, designing, and implementation of the company’s People initiatives to support current and future business needs. Anne provides thoughtful and strategic counsel on all matters involving people, talent and culture, while constantly improving the people experience for the company. Her focus areas include talent development, recruiting, DEI, and organizational development.

Anne has 30 years of experience in senior human resources roles in financial services firms, including more established companies and early-stage entities. Before joining Fiduciary, Anne was Director of People and Culture at AP Intego (acquired by Next Insurance in 2021), an Insurtech start-up. For thirteen years prior, Anne was the Director of Human Resources at Westfield Capital Management, an Institutional Growth Equity Manager in Boston. She began her career in Human Resources at Standish, Ayer & Wood, Inc.
