Lance Lundberg

Lance Lundberg is currently a shareholder at FidusFi. Prior to that, they were a founding partner and chairman at Resolute Digital, LLC from January 2009 to November 2017. Resolute Digital is a premier design and development firm that specializes in search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and website analytics. The company is based in New York City and also has mobile apps on iphone and ipad. Recently, Resolute Digital was named to Inc's list of fastest growing companies and was sold to Interpublic Group (IPG) in late 2017. Before their work at Resolute Digital, Lundberg was the chairman and co-founder of Verde Energy USA (lowcostpower.com) from January 2009 to June 2017. Verde Energy is a company that sells electric power to retail and business customers in Ct. PA, Ohio, MA, Illinois and NJ. The company is expanding to other states, to green energy options, and energy conservation services. As of June 2016, Verde Energy had 350,000 customers. The company is partnered with Shell Oil and had an estimated 2016 sales of $350 million. Verde Energy was sold to Spark Energy in July 2017. Prior to their work at Verde Energy, Lundberg was the chairman of Longitude73 and the managing partner of Prospect Capital Group from January 2003 to December 2009. Lance was also the manager of Fidus Finance LLC.

Lance Lundberg has a MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS summa in english and business from Yale University.
