Luke Klaer

Luke Klaer has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Luke started their career at Starbucks as a Barista, where they gained experience in customer service and cash handling. Luke then joined NCR corporation as a Receiving Material Handler I, responsible for inventory management and communication with external partners. Luke also worked as a Customer Installations Engineer, installing hardware and software for businesses.

In 2013, Luke became the Business Development Manager at Big Bang E-Cigs, focusing on expanding the company's market presence. Luke later founded Prism Collective Entertainment in 2012, a creative arts company that rents production gear and organizes events nationwide.

Luke's recent experience includes working as an Executive Creative Director at Prism Collective LLC, overseeing creative projects. Luke also served as a Field Operations Engineer at Field Advantage, providing installation and software support for hardware projects.

Currently, Luke is employed as an Industrial Engineer at Area-I, Inc., where they are responsible for cost analysis, continuous improvement projects, and collaborating with design engineers and program managers.

Throughout their career, Luke has demonstrated a strong focus on customer service, project management, and continuous improvement.

Luke Klaer has a diverse educational background in the fields of Industrial Engineering and Business Administration. Luke began their education at Georgia State University Perimeter College in 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Business Administration, Management, and Operations. Luke completed this degree in 2013.

Following their time at Georgia State University, Luke Klaer enrolled at Southern Polytechnic State University in 2014 to further their studies in Industrial Engineering. Luke earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Industrial Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University in 2016.

Luke Klaer then transferred to Kennesaw State University - Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology to continue their education in Industrial Engineering. From 2014 to 2020, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Industrial Engineering at this institution.

In addition to their formal education, Luke Klaer obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification – Level II from Kennesaw State University - Southern Polytechnic College of Engineering and Engineering Technology in December 2020.
