K. Cooper Rohan, MPH, currently serves as the Policy Manager at Field & Fork Network, where a state-wide advocacy campaign was initiated to secure funding for the Double Up Food Bucks NY program, enhancing SNAP customers' purchasing power for local produce. Prior experience includes managing the Veggie Van study at the University at Buffalo, which assessed the impact of mobile produce markets in underserved communities, and serving as a Health Management Consultant at HealthNow New York Inc., overseeing wellness practices across numerous local businesses. Other roles encompass health policy analysis, event coordination, and child behavioral support in various organizations, along with a significant internship with United States Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Rohan holds a Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Management from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, complemented by a Bachelor's degree from the University at Buffalo.
