Spencer Dettman, MBA, has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership roles across different industries. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Marketing/Promotions Coordinator at iHeartMedia. Spencer then moved on to Travelers, where they served as an Assistant Manager in Member Services. In 2004, Dettman became the General Manager of AllOver Media in Arizona. From 2006 to 2012, they held the position of VP of California Operations at Jobing.com. Dettman then joined The Active Network as the Senior Director of Sales and Account Management for their Sports Divisions. In 2015, they transitioned to SportsEngine as the Senior Director of Customer Success. Spencer'smost recent role was as the Vice President of Customer Support and Resolution at Field Nation, where they led a 24/7 Global Call Center, an Escalation team, and the Support Operations and Training department. Spencer Dettman, MBA, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Management from the University of Minnesota, which they completed between 1995 and 2000. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, graduating in 2010. Additionally, in 2008, they briefly attended Emory University, where they studied Business Administration and Management.
