Freelance Field Studies Tutor at Field Studies Council

Elizabeth Cwilewicz is an experienced outdoor education provider and field studies tutor with a strong background in biodiversity, conservation, and environmental sciences. Currently serving as Contingent Commander and SSI at West Buckland School since March 2023, Elizabeth also supervises and assesses the Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions for Somerset Adventures. Additionally, Elizabeth leads field studies in biology, zoology, and geography across various sites in Exmoor National Park as a freelance tutor for the Field Studies Council. Previous roles include developing outdoor experiences with the National Trust, serving as an information advisor for Exmoor National Park, and working as an ecological consultant. Elizabeth holds a Master's Degree in Biodiversity and Conservation and a Bachelor's Degree in Zoology/Animal Biology, both from the University of Leeds.
