Steve has an impeccable record of driving change through technology innovation and adoption that leads to rigor throughout the organization. He uses a clear strategic vision, strong leadership, and a results-oriented management approach to help organizations scale while building a team that accelerates growth.

Steve has over 35 years’ experience in the industry, and prior to FieldAware, he was on the executive team with Domo, Inc where, in his role as COO, he helped customers take immediate and effective action on critical company information to run their business. Before Domo, Steve was with Omniture focused on sales, service, operations and was part of the executive team responsible for the company's record growth and IPO. He spent many years previously leading teams at companies such as SAP and Oracle.

Steve graduated from the University of Houston with a BBA in Finance.
