Amit Taneja, ACMA, CGMA has extensive work experience in the field of finance. Amit started their career at GE International Operations Company Incorporated, where they served as a Financial Analyst. Amit was responsible for managing two legal entities and played a key role in supporting tax audits.

Amit then joined IBM Daksh Business Process Services Pvt. Ltd as a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst.

After that, they returned to GE and held various roles. As a Finance Team Leader, they managed a sub-regional finance team and oversaw financial accounting and reporting for three major corporate entities. Amit also ensured timely payments to suppliers and employees.

Later, they took on the role of Repairs Financial Analyst in the EMEA Power Services division, followed by the role of FP&A Integration Analyst for MEA Power Generation Services, where they were responsible for integrating finance activities in the Middle East and African region.

Amit'sfinal role at GE was Senior Finance Manager for Field Services MEA Power Generation Services, where they provided finance leadership to the MEA Field Services team and managed project financials for over 18 countries.

Most recently, Amit Taneja joined FieldCore as the CFO for Africa, India, and the Middle East. In this role, they lead an in-house finance team and partners with the operations team to manage a $220M P&L for the region. Amit also provides commercial support in financial reviews and cost recovery modeling for GE Renewables, GE Energy Controls, and Grid Solutions businesses. Additionally, they have acted as RGM for AIM for a period of over 3 months.

Amit Taneja, ACMA, CGMA, pursued their education at CIMA in 2022-2023, where they obtained a degree in ACMA and CGMA. Amit also attended Moti Lal Nehru College from 1997 to 2000, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
